Thank you for your interest regarding a business valuation. To enable us to proceed, we require copies of (ideally) the latest three years of trading accounts. Initially, please complete and sign the Questionnaire and Form of Instruction below (avilable in PDF and Microsoft Word formats) together with your payment. We will contact you thereafter to discuss further particulars of the business - including any additional questions specific to your sector (if appropriate) - and its valuation.
