When RA Valuation Services Ltd was established in 1991, the focus was on optical and goldsmith sectors. Other healthcare organisations, retail and professional services have since followed and due to requests from businesses and professional bodies, along with new resources and consultants, RA Valuation Services have been able to extend and broaden the types of businesses valued. Each valuation recognises sector and location specific factors such as supply and demand along with return on investment criteria.
Business Sectors The valuation process can be applied to all types of small business (typically with a turnover of up to £1.5m per annum) provided that the business has trading accounts for the last three year period and reasonably well maintained business records.

RA Valuation Services Ltd conducts numerous valuations each year and clients can be assured that each valuation receives the highest standard of expertise, knowledge and courteous professionalism.

How To Start
Thank you for your interest regarding a business valuation. To enable us to proceed with a valuation in accordance with your instructions, we require copies of the latest three years trading accounts. Firstly, please download, print and complete the Questionnaire below, sign the Form of Instruction and return them to us together with your initial payment. We will contact you thereafter to discuss further particulars of the business - including an additional questionnaire specific to your sector (if appropriate) and its valuation.
